ไหม mai (isn’t it?)

These words’ pronunciations are all MAI but they have 5 different meanings.

The words meanings change with the tone of the word.
When learning Thai, the first step is studying the correct tones; because pronunciation is the most important part of learning Thai. If you study the pronunciations thoroughly from the beginning, you will become very skilled at Thai.
Our textbooks will provide you with all the tools you will need for gaining pronunciation skills. Starting with a good foundation will make the rest of your studied much easier. We have put great consideration into this in the creation of our textbooks and curriculum.
